Before Signing

Sensibly Green believes the purpose of contracts is for optimal communication during an exciting process.  We create and adjust contracts for each individual client based on their needs and desired involvement.  Allow us to provide you with our contract for your convenience when first meeting.  Feel free to get comfortable with the way we work and have others read it over to ensure we are both working together under optimal communication.  Once we are both 100% comfortable we can enter into an agreement that will create a positive outcome for both sides and hopefully future friendships and working relationships.
